Studio™, Joseph H. Pilates, the Pilates Method is an exercise system
focused on improving flexibility, strength and body awareness for the total
body.
What are the benefits of Pilates?

and improve your posture, concentration, flexibility, efficiency of movement,
and mobility. Pilates is also used for injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Expect to feel taller, lighter and revitalized after each Pilates workout

Pilates can be done by people of all ages, from very young to very old. Persons
of any fitness level can benefit from Pilates.
How Much does Pilates cost?
We have many programs to choose from.
I have never done Pilates before is there a beginner class?
Because our classes are small each class is a multi-level class. Clients of
all types beginner to advanced, young and old, more fit and less fit will
get the assistance they need in each session. Trainers will make modifications
for all client types as well as motivate everybody to meet their goals. Everyone
was new once and the small group environment is very friendly and supportive.
You will not hold up the class or interfere with any other person’s
workout.
How often does someone do Pilates?
We feel that two to three times a week is the most beneficial. Once a week

during the week. Without a doubt twice to three times per week consistently
will get you the results you are looking for.
